Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage supply chain operations within the retail department.
  • Oversee and organise inventory, ensuring efficient and accurate stock management.
  • Maintain robust relationships with suppliers, managing contracts and negotiating terms as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve supply chain processes.
  • Produce regular reports on supply chain performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and resolve any supply chain issues promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental objectives and strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain software and other relevant computer systems.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
