Job Description

  • Manage customer orders and ensure accurate processing within specified timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update clients on stock availability.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on customer fulfilment activities.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Korean Speaking Customer Fulfilment professional should have:

  • Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field.
  • Excell skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with the technology & telecoms industry is advantageous.
