Job Description

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and organisation.
  • Support the Human Resources team with document preparation and record keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain and update office systems, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in on-boarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and resources.
  • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the work space is fully equipped.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support smooth communication and collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role within a professional setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment.
  • Experience in the technology and telecoms industry is advantageous but not required.
