Part of a larger group they benefit from an extensive network enhancing its capabilities and service offerings.Job DescriptionDuties Include:Support the learning and development manager with assessing both individual and organisational learning and development needs, by identifying skill gaps and future learning requirements using training and learning needs analysisWorking alongside subject matter experts to design and conduct learning, using effective methods in the learning toolkit to provide a blended approach to learningDevelopment and implement agreed training plans, schedules and calendars in line with learning and development strategy and frameworksWork closely with HR to conduct a successful on-boarding and induction programmes for new employees across the organisationBuild and maintain long term collaborative relationships across the business, providing support and consultation on learning and development interventionsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programmes, improving and updating where necessaryMaintain own continuous professional development, demonstrating a positive approach to your professional knowledge, skills and experienceThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be passionate about learning and development and be confident delivering learning and development solutions across a variety of business functions.
