Job Description

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programmes for staff.
  • Assess training needs and create tailored learning solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organisational goals.
  • Create, maintain and update training materials to reflect industry developments and compliance standards.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring where required.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all training sessions are conducted in a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies within the energy and natural resources sector

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Trainer should have:

  • Proven experience in delivering technical training within a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of the energy and natural resources sector or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to design and adapt training materials to meet varying needs.
