When not training, you'll carry out core Warehouse Operative duties - picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders using cutting-edge voice technology.What you'll do:Once fully operational, you'll be the nominated trainer on your shift and support with training of new colleagues as they join the teamPick & pack orders using voice-picking systemsLoad vehicles safely and efficientlyKeep your area clean, safe, and organisedWork across chilled, ambient & frozen zonesStay sharp on health & safety and quality standardsShift pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 10.5 hours between the hours of either days 06:00 -18:00 OR nights 18:00 - 06:00.The Successful ApplicantA reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative who leads by example on the floor. Confident supporting new starters with practical and able to provide on-the-job guidance when needed. Adaptable and hands-on, they're a strong contributor to both daily operations and team support.Team players with strong communication skillsProblem-solvers who stay calm under pressureFlexibility to adapt to a changing workloadPhysically fit and ready to get stuck inExperience in FMCG or with MHE is a bonus - but not essential.
