Do you have the skills and motivation to be a Warehouse Trainer?

Do you have the skills and motivation to be a Warehouse Operative who also trains colleagues?

Join our high-performing warehouse team and play a key role in supporting and training new colleagues. When not training, you'll carry out core Warehouse Operative duties - picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders using cutting-edge voice technology.

What you'll do:

  • Once fully operational, you'll be the nominated trainer on your shift and support with training of new colleagues as they join the team
  • Pick & pack orders using voice-picking systems
  • Load vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Keep your area clean, safe, and organised
  • Work across chilled, ambient & frozen zones
  • Stay sharp on health & safety and quality standards



Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 10.5 hours between the hours of either days 06:00 -18:00 OR nights 18:00 - 06:00.

The Successful Applicant

A reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative who leads by example on the floor. Confident supporting new starters with practical and able to provide on-the-job guidance when needed. Adaptable and hands-on, they're a strong contributor to both daily operations and team support.

Experience in FMCG or with MHE is a bonus - but not essential. Attitude and work ethic come first.
