Job Description

  • Ensure all customers requirements are met in a cost-effective manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service while adhering to legislation and compliance.
  • Utilise strong transport planning skills to carry out operational and administrative tasks.
  • Efficiently plan and organise deliveries to meet customer needs.
  • Perform accurate data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Address various work challenges in a busy environment, often with minimal supervision.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for driver technicians, offering guidance and support.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Transport Planner should have:

  • The ability to work various shift patterns (mornings, evenings, nights, weekends)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good numerous skills
