We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources team in a global leading brand . The successful candidate should be able to manage and support successful recruitment processes for the EMEA region (specifically France) and build strong relationships with hiring managers.

Job Description

  • Suport the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers.
  • Use a variety of sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers and facilitate the offer process.
  • Manage applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Participate in HR projects as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Associate should have:

  • French speaking - essential (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in similar role is an advantage or strong administration experience
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and data protection regulations.
