Job Description

Duties of the Senior Business Support Manager

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the office
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Assisting with site wide communications, creating content
  • Supporting with policy and documentation updates
  • Lead of the training matrix and booking training to ensure compliance
  • Managing HR Administration, onboarding new staff and absence management
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
  • Organising company events or conferences
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Providing general support to visitors, including PPE, refreshments and meeting room
  • Lead on mental health and wellbeing initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Support Manager should have:

  • Experience in an Office Manager role with HR understanding
  • Comfort with the ambiguous, and adaptable to change
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate others
