Job Description

You will collaborate with senior executives, including Partners, the Global Commercial Director, and the Senior Leadership Team, to deliver high-quality research, and foster relationships with clients and candidates. The position offers a blend of client-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes research, strategy, and reporting.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on search strategies, conduct research, and support candidate development for senior-level executive placements.
  • Develop search strategies, candidate profiles, and reports, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
  • Manage 4-6 active searches simultaneously, with occasional additional projects as needed.
  • Conduct industry, company, and market research to identify executive talent, with a focus on commercial, marketing, and revenue leadership roles in growth industries.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and leverage business information sources to enhance the search process.
  • Initiate first-round candidate contact, evaluate qualifications, and communicate opportunities effectively.
  • Build and maintain networks of referral sources and industry experts across industrial sectors to support future search and business development needs.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM data with C-suite contacts, delivering clear and impactful reports for stakeholders.
  • Create high-quality client-facing materials, such as pitch documents and search status updates.
  • Be the main point of contact for arranging all stages of the interview process.
  • Conduct finalist candidate reviews, references, and background checks.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in executive search research - Must be within Manufacturing, Oil & Gas,
  • Proven ability to manage projects, multitask, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional research skills, with proficiency in using databases and online resources.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with confidence in engaging senior-level executives.
  • Experience in delivering outstanding internal and external client service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
