They are globally recognised for their work in the education sector and are dedicated to providing high-quality services in a collaborative and inclusive environment.Job DescriptionOptimising the CRM SystemCollaborate with Marketing and Admissions teams across a network of international schools to maximise their use of the CRM systemEstablish and promote best practices for CRM system use, partnering with the IT Department to identify and address development needs as necessary.Deliver technical training,support, and troubleshooting to school-based teams to streamline admissions and marketing processes through CRM pipelines and foster continuous improvement.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with school-based teams under the guidance of the Head of M&A Operations, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of pipeline management.Drive the adoption of data-driven approaches to refine admissions processes and support enrolment growth.Guarantee accurate and effective reporting through Power BI and CRM systems, providing stakeholders with actionable insights and preparing detailed reports ahead of key meetings to facilitate decision-making.Monitor key metrics across the admissions funnel, such as conversion rates, lost opportunities, and response times, ensuring consistency in data collection and identifying areas for improvement.Analyse data to uncover opportunities for enhancing recruitment and retention strategies.Customer Experience Research and Mystery ShoppingManage and oversee customer experience research initiatives and mystery shopping programs.Collaborate with the Director of M&A and Head of M&A Operations to design and execute customer experience research projects.Analyse feedback to highlight outstanding experiences and identify pain points for targeted improvements.Work closely with the Group Director of Marketing and Admissions and Head of Operations to present findings and recommend strategies for enhancing customer experiences.Digital MarketingAssist the Head of Marketing and Admissions Operations with various digital marketing initiatives as needed.Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, website updates, and social media strategies.The Successful ApplicantMinimum of 3 years' experience of working in a similar role with the ability to demonstrate experience in optimising CRM platforms in a sales / marketing environment.Experience of marketing research (or interest to learn this area).Experience of digital marketing (or passion for this area with interest to learn).Familiarity with all Microsoft packages.Competent analytical skills, with ability to identify errors in data integrity.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Able to demonstrate commercial acumen.Experience of managing relationships at multiple levels, with a proven track record of working and managing conflicting priorities and challenges.What's on OfferA competitive salary range of up to £32,000 + Yearly BonusAn exciting opportunity to work for a global companyA collaborative and inclusive work environmentOpportunities for professional development and growthBenefits package to be confirmedThis is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in the education sector.
