It is committed to delivering the highest quality services to clients and is known for its diverse, supportive and high-performing workplace environment.Job DescriptionCollaborate with HR and Legal departments to ensure compliance with EU remuneration regulations.Assist with the preparation of remuneration-related regulatory reports and disclosures.Participate in the design and implementation of remuneration policies and practices.Provide advice on remuneration matters to various stakeholders within the financial services sector of the company.Monitor developments in EU remuneration regulations and implement necessary updates.Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to attract, motivate and retain talent.Ensure internal communication of remuneration policies is clear and consistent.Support the HR team in London with other duties as required.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Interim EU Regulatory Remuneration Specialist, to be based in London, will have:An educational background in Human Resources, Law, Business, Finance or a related field.Robust experience with EU Remuneration regulations in financial services including CRDV, IVV, EBA guidelines on sound remunerationExperience in a remuneration role within the financial services industry.Knowledge of EU remuneration regulations and practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Compensation, HR Risk Management or Compliance background preferredWhat's on OfferA competitive daily rate, inside IR35 so PAYE contractors only.
