Job Description

  • Provide accurate and timely HR advice to managers and employees.
  • Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions and conducting interviews.
  • Contribute to the implementation of training and development programmes.
