You will partner with stakeholders at sites, working on a wide range of activities such as change management, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations.Key Responsibilities:-Be the first point of contact for Managers on a range of HR issues in the agreed areas to ensure consistency of approach.Support Managers with the effective handling of their day-to-day HR issues such as absence management, discipline & grievance, recruitment, succession planning, people development, understanding of training needs, supporting development plans.Support the business during change programmes, maintaining positive employee relations and successful implementation of change.Lead on policies for the UK.The Successful ApplicantThe right HR Business Partner will ideally be:-CIPD Level 5Experience working within a complex, matrix organisationHR Business Partner with significant experience of providing support to stakeholders at all levelsKnowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable employment laws and regulationsExperience of working with Unions is desirableWhat's on Offer£45k + BenefitsMain office is based near St. Austell. Hybrid working, 3 days a week on site, 2 home based.
