Job Description

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, offering client focused solutions
  • Manage a caseload of various, complex, client ER issues from start to finish, including document reviews
  • Build excellent client relationships to ensure you understand the clients requirements, and achieve their objectives
  • Provide legally compliant employment law and ER advice to clients, tailoring advice to give best practice and commercially focused options for our clients to select from
  • Provide an excellent client service in line with structured KPIs
  • Provide a range of options for our clients to select from, including best practice/ legally compliant solutions, ensuring any risk to the business is effectively communicated

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven HR Advisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • Full employee relations knowledge including complex cases
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Able to maintain efficient and focused client relationships
  • Able to work at pace and compete with conflicting priorities
  • Able to adhere to structured KPIs
  • Do not need to have been in Advisory role previously, but must be able to provide client Employee Relations solutions, based on employment law and legislation.
  • Must have strong knowledge of employee relations case management
