Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Field Sales Manager - Independent Pharmacy Channel are:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share, revenue, and brand awareness within the Independent Pharmacy Channel
  • Leverage your existing network of contacts to build strong. long-lasting relationships with key-decision makers in Independent Pharmacies
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Regularly analyse market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to enhance sales performance
  • Provide training and product information to pharmacy staff, in line with trade marketing guidelines, ensuring they're equipped with the knowlege to effectively promote products.
  • Participate in Pharmacy Trade Shows/Events/Business Meetings to promote the company's products and strengthen the marketing positioning
  • Work closely with Marketing to align Sales efforts with promotional strategies, ensuring maximum impact in the marketplace
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to senior management, regularly

The Successful Applicant

The successful Field Sales Manager - Independent Pharmacy Channel will:

  • Be experienced within the Independent Pharmacy Channel or Healthcare/Pharamcy/Consumer Healthcare Industries and be able to hit the ground running
  • Have experience Journey Planning, being organised and seeking to gain New Business
  • Established relationships with key decision makers in this space
  • Work independelty, manage time effectively and drive results in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal + written communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to drive customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your region
  • Knowledge of Consumer Healthcare/OTC
