  • Manage administrative tasks for the executive team

  • Prepare and edit business correspondence
  • Manage executive travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion
  • Support project management activities
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:
