An innovative company that has impressive and invested expansion plans both in the UK and Worldwide.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to establish and grow the Europe Business UnitIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic Retail partnerships across European markets - starting with Germany!Identify, engage and secure new and relevant key Distributor partnerships.Oversee all aspects of business operations in Europe, including logistics, supply chain management and distributionLead the Joint business planning, negotiate cost price changes, shelf positioning, promotional activities to build the brand within the Retailer portfolioRegularly report back with the senior leadership back in the UK for directional supportDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports for the European business unitThe Successful ApplicantDemonstrable experience in a European senior business development or sales role; BDM, Sales Director or Head of Business development within the Food or FMCG industryProven experience in developing and executing strategies to enter and grow new markets, particularly in EuropeExtensive knowledge of the European Retailers, in particular the German nationals.
