Job Description

As the the Director of Sales - Enterprise Clients, you will:

  • Lead Sales Strategy: You will develop and execute strategies to target, drive growth, increase market share and expand the enterprise client base in the UK, EU or Middle East region
  • Build relationships: Establish strong partner relationships with key decision makers in enterprise organisations to understand their payments needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying new opportunities and closing high value deals.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Represent the business: Be the face of the business at industry events and conferences.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Sales - Enterprise Clients should have:

  • Proven Experience: A proven track record of high performance with high value sales with a focus on enterprise clients in the FinTech or traditional payments, Ecommerce, treasury, or bulk cross-border payment industry.
  • Global Mindset: Demonstrated success in managing sales across multiple regions, with specific experience in the UK, EU, or Middle East markets.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • FinTech/Payments Expertise: Deep understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem and its challenges.
  • Proven Negotiator: The proven ability to lead complex negotiations to deliver unique commercial agreements.
