Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership and implement an integrated business strategy and future financial forecast for the business units
  • Drive business growth through development and implementation of effective strategies
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure robust financial forecasts for each business unit are in place
  • Positively influence key financial, operational and resource drivers to consistently deliver against our business plans
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and understand trends, risks and opportunities through regular performance analysis
  • Influence and steer activity across cross-functional teams to set and execute strategy, prioritising activity which delivers and drives financial and operational improvements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Manager should have:

  • At least 10 year's experience of a business/operations management
  • Commercial acumen
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proven experience of managing profit and loss
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
