Job Description

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and guiding them to appropriate solutions
  • Reporting product malfunctions
  • Update customer records in the database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Share feedback from customers with internal teams
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
  • Stay informed about our products and services

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Customer Service Representative' should have:

  • Excellent German and English communication skills
  • Experience working for a global manufacturer using German language skills
  • Strong background in Customer Services
  • SAP experience
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the industrial / manufacturing industry
