Efficiently and effectively liaising with colleagues throughout thebusiness to coordinate and deliver a high level of service to clients. Reviewing existing client data to advise legal and tax colleagues of anymissing information to ensure exemplar compliance. Identifying opportunities for improvements in existing processes andsystem functionality to enhance the firm's new client and matterinception (CMI) process. Work with Business Change, Compliance andIT colleagues to ensure timely implementation. Providing client inception reporting to the legal and tax colleagues toensure effective prioritisation and efficient client onboarding. Ensuring the quality of data entered into the systems is of an excellentstandard to satisfy the requirements of Law Society of Scotland, HMRCand Information Commissioner.The above list is not exhaustive and additional duties will be allocated asappropriate.The Successful ApplicantWork is assigned and reviewed by Head of Risk & Compliance. The Headof Business Change and Office Services will assist the initial developmentof the function.KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLSExperience Excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability tocommunicate effectively and directly with clients and colleagues at alllevels is essential, both written and verbally. Experience of working in a similar role within professional services isdesirable. Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and multi-task. A high attention to detail and excellent record-keeping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
