Job Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities would include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Create, maintain, and manage accurate data records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Respond to queries from clients and staff in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in an Administration role
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Own transport is required!
