Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
  • Manage and organise team schedules and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and communication within the department.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and organise departmental files and records.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the team.
  • Participate in team projects and initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality.

The Successful Applicant
