Enterprise Architect - Business Process Outsourcing / Solution Design

We have partnered with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business to recruit an Enterprise Architect to join their Technology team on a permanent basis. This is a fully remote working role, based in UK

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall design and cost of technical solutions for bids to support a wide range of BPO contracts.

You will join as a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager at their Mansfield office, where you will lead the IT Service function in a people-management capacity, playing a key part in the development and implementation of world-class IT Services across the business.

The IT Service management and support lead oversees support services and ITIL processes (Change, Incident (incl Major Incident), Problem, Release and Configuration management). In addition to line management of the Technology Service Desk Support staff, this role will include day to day management of third parties that provide support services to the business.

The Change and Release Analyst is responsible for ensuring that technical changes to systems and services are adequately assessed for impact, prioritised, scheduled, authorised, and implemented across IS operations. The role should ensure change and release are implemented smoothly and efficiently and done in line with processes and using appropriate tooling.
