They are seeking a newly created Workforce Planning and Resource Manager role on a permanent hybrid basis.Job Description As the Workforce Planning and Resource Manager you will have a key role in enhancing how our client allocate work, manage capacity and utilisation tracking, support retention and progression of team members, and helping to provide operational excellence. This role involves working closely with project managers and team leads, where you will be responsible for determining resource requirements, coordinating resource allocation, and monitoring resource utilisation. You will develop and implement resource allocation strategies, ensuring that we align the right people with the right projects, taking into account project and client requirements, skills and experience of the consulting team, personal development plans and business plan objectives.Responsibilities also include:Resource Management: plan, manage and oversee resource allocation to support delivery of our Business Plan ensuring that we are maximising the use of all company resources and addressing any emerging challenges or changes in project scope.
