Job Description



  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail and distribution partners in the UK and/or international markets.


  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive brand performance.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, regulatory) to deliver tailored solutions for each market.


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.


  • Lead negotiations on pricing, promotional plans, and commercial terms with accounts.


  • Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with supply chain teams.


  • Support the launch of new products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and compliance requirements.


  • Track and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the consumer healthcare sector, ideally with experience in either the UK or international markets. They will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of retail or distribution dynamics in health-focused categories. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable navigating cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth.
