Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Recommend and manage changes where necessary to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure understanding and support of total rewards strategies.
  • Develop and manage the performance management process and strategy.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead and coach a team of HR professionals, setting clear objectives and measures.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting for the total rewards department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Total Rewards and Performance Department Manager should have:

  • A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Significant experience in a similar role within the life science industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
