This role has the possibility of going perm!Job DescriptionAs a Temporary Customer Co-coordinator you will:Handling inbound, outbound calls & emails for customers and suppliersDevelop, maintain and update Customer database for all Quotations customersManage, maintain and update Enquiry and Application registers for the Connection Quotations teamTaking customer payments & updating CRM systems to confirm payment has been successful for internal teamsAd-hoc duties as and when requiredThe Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role:Proven experience within customer service coordinationExcellent communication skills - written and verbalCustomer facing / customer service orientationAbility to plan and organiseAttention to detail and accuracyExperience of Microsoft Office Suit essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPointExperience of SAP beneficialPlease note offer employment is subject to a successful Basic DBS check & drug & alcohol test.
