Job Description



Customer Service & Sales Coordinator - Temporary, near Bracknell:



  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer and client enquiries.


  • Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams.


  • Update CRM systems with customer details, sales activity, and communications.


  • Assist with processing contracts, documents, and compliance checks.


  • Coordinate diaries, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.


  • Monitor shared inboxes and distribute queries appropriately.


  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth client experience.


  • Support reporting and performance tracking activities as needed.



The Successful Applicant



Customer Service & Sales Coordinator - Temporary, near Bracknell:

  • You ideally need a car as this site is difficult to reach without your own transport.


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or property administration.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.


  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or property management systems.


  • Customer-focused with a professional and friendly manner.


  • Able to work independently and within a team environment.

  • Available for an immediate start and flexible to support a temporary contract.



What's on Offer

This role will pay circa £12 - £14 per hour dependant upon experience and will last circa 5 months. Please note you ideally need a car to reach this site.
