Our client is a leading and well-established facilities management based business and they urgently require a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Warrington office.

Job Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Handling inbound calls from clients, engineers and sub-contractors
  • Managing an email inbox and responding to agreed SLA times
  • Raising tickets on system for the engineers to respond to
  • Updating information on the system & Microsoft Excel

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role:

  • Can commit to a 6 week contract
  • Can commute to Warrington office 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
  • Strong customer service & contact centre experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good IT knowledge
