Job Description

Customer Service Adviser, Basingstoke:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Processing orders and liaising with a warehouse and 3PL
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction with the outcome.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in their decision-making process.
  • Process customer transactions and returns accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the customer service department as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temp Customer Service Adviser should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers.
  • A positive attitude and a problem-solving approach to handle queries and complaints.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
