International Permanent £75,000 - £85,000 per year View Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead new phases of large regeneration schemes, located in West and North West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects from pre-construction through gateway submission and coordination on site to handover.

Job Description

  • Oversee design team management (appointment if necessary) through design and technical delivery
  • Coordinate design and technical information with subcontractors as required
  • Ensure 3rd party coordination and compliance for statutory approvals and building control sign off etc.
  • Manage project reporting as required by senior management
  • Support the site team with RFIs and generating technical solutions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Manager will have a demonstrable background in working for a residential developer leading multi-unit developments from preconstruction to handover. You will demonstrate RC frame knowledge, a strong awareness of BSA requirements for HRBs, and be comfortable managing the golden thread process.You must have the right to work in the UK and will be comfortable working full-time on site in West or North West London.
