To be the main point of contact for your landlord clients and their tenants, to build positive relationships with them and acting on their behalf to ensure they meet legislative and tenancy obligationsJob Description Ensure all business is conducted professionally, ethically and to the highest of customer service standards.Overseeing repairs, maintenance, compliance, and property projects within your portfolio.Completing property inspections and compliance checks, compiling reports in a clear and concise mannerManaging end of tenancy deposit negotiations and resolving any disputes, compiling evidence if required for adjudication or mediation purposesPro-actively dealing with difficult or sensitive issues including rental arrears, tenancy evictions, non-compliance issues, disputes etcWillingness to hold in-person, telephone and virtual meetings with landlords, tenants, contractors or other relevant parties.Monitor and review portfolio performance and ensure targets are achieved and exceeded where possible.Establish and nurture good relationships with clients, business connections, branch office colleagues, the wider lettings team and other departments.Take responsibility for own personal development and maintain awareness of market conditions and trends, keeping appraised of legislative changes and industry news.
