Based in Worcestershire, the company prides itself on fostering innovation and delivering outstanding products.Job DescriptionMaintaining the HACCP, Allergen, Segregation, Label & Date Coding Risk Assessment system in line with BRCGS and Customer codes of practise to ensure full documentation.Monitor traceability throughout the site, carrying out regular audit with operations and QA, mass balance carried out and results fully communicated. Raise non-conformances for failures identified in traceability ensure route cause analysis and closure of actions to prevent repeat issues.Implement and drive improvements in the traceability system to ensure full compliance to required legal and customer standards.Carry out traceability's for internal and external audits, ensuring training provided for all members of the Technical department to provide cover as required for external audits.Management of notification of change systems and document controlTechnical maintenance of business manufacturing systemsWorking with the Technical Process team to ensure Technical compliance for NPD and EPD, contributing to the accuracy of technical risk assessments.Carry out scheduled HACCP process validation tasks for new and existing (annual validations) processes.
