With teams internationally, and active in over 80 countries, they are leaders in their industry.The role is based 3 days per week in the office near Uxbridge.Job DescriptionLead regional implementation of the Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and help refresh the TA functionDevelop and implement effective and creative talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational hiring requirements for EMEACoach hiring managers on effective recruiting practices to ensure compliance and best candidate experienceCollaborate with CoE's across HR, Comp & Bens, to ensure a seamless hiring processLead, coach and up-skill the TA team on best processes, employer branding and recruitment strategyUtilise data and metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment campaigns and make improvementsBuild and maintain passive talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demandsCollaborate on the continued global ATS enhancements, making recommendations to optimise workflowsEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring processPartner with external agencies and vendors to enhance recruitment efforts when requiredManage senior level requisitions, proactive sourcing and attraction, leading best practice within processesThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:Proven TA Manager experience across EMEA is essentialA strong understanding of recruitment best practices, creating strategies and market knowledgeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be influential and gain buy inExperience in managing and developing successful recruitment teams, ideally remotely/across EMEAA continuous improvement mindset - with focus on collaboration and communicationProficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systemsKnowledge of relevant employment laws and regulationsExperience navigating matrix organisations, and thrives in agile environmentsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary, car allowance and bonusPrivate Medical Insurance25 days annual leaveDiscounted productsPension**Please note, this role is working 3 days in the office near Uxbridge**Join a forward-thinking organisation as the TA Manager.
