Job Description

  • Managing the daily operations of the store to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Driving sales and profitability by implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer queries and complaints.
  • Overseeing inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Implementing visual merchandising strategies to maximise store appeal.
  • Reporting on store performance and suggesting improvements.

The Successful Applicant

This is an A-Grade store for an established retailer, and we are looking for superstar store managers!

The successful manager must have:

  • A proven track record in a managerial role within a large-format retail business.
  • Highly articulate across all levels of management and customer base.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with operational excellence.
  • Strong commercialism and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
  • Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive store performance.
