Job Description

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement a proactive global social media strategy that supports business objectives and brand awareness.
  • Oversee and manage content calendars across all key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms).
  • Ensure a balance of organic and paid content, optimizing reach and engagement while supporting broader marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories) that aligns with the brand's tone, values, and visual identity.
  • Drive community engagement, fostering authentic interactions and leveraging user-generated content (UGC).
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes, ensuring the brand remains an industry leader.



Influencer & Ambassador Partnerships

  • Own the global influencer marketing strategy, ensuring the right influencers align with the brand's positioning.
  • Identify, engage, and negotiate partnerships with top-tier influencers and content creators in beauty and lifestyle.
  • Develop and manage long-term ambassador relationships, ensuring impactful collaborations and ROI.
  • Oversee content briefing, approvals, and tracking to ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation.
  • Measure and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in social media management within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset-not just reactive content creation but a vision for social growth.
  • Deep understanding of global vs. local social media strategies and how to tailor content accordingly.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and community building, with a strong network in the beauty space.
  • Hands-on content creation ability-comfortable briefing, creating, and executing engaging social content.
  • Data-driven decision-making, with experience using analytics tools to track and improve performance.
