Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting our purpose-built distribution centre at a multi-temperature food storage site. Deliver expert electrical maintenance, both planned and reactive, ensuring smooth, safe operations. You will:

  • Provide specialist electrical expertise and advise the Site Manager.
  • Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, and fault-finding.
  • Support a 24-hour on-call service.
  • Manage contractors and maintain accurate service records.
  • Service and maintain automated conveyor systems.
  • Install new electrical and non-electrical equipment.
  • Assist in developing site apprentices.
  • Work safely in a multi-temperature environment.

The Successful Applicant

A skilled and adaptable Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical expertise, committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse environment. Calm under pressure and proactive, with a focus on health and safety and continuous improvement.They will:

  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs
  • Have strong Health & Safety awareness, including PTW and RAMS
  • Be an innovative problem-solver with a forward-thinking approach
  • Holds 18th Edition Qualification
  • Qualified with C&G 2357, 2330, 2391, 2394 or 2395
  • Will have experience with 3 phase systems
  • Skilled in conveyor systems and robotics
  • Proven track record of achieving results
