Job DescriptionThe Senior Operations Manager will oversee multiple sites in Scotland, operating as part of the Senior Management Team and playing a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring services are delivered on time and in budget. As a Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of scheduling and route planning; driving a culture of excellence, a safety-first focus, and maximising efficiency's in budget/cost. You will effectively engage, coach, develop and manage teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety within service delivery.The Successful Applicant To be successful in the role of Senior Operations Manager, you will need previous experience of coaching and mentoring people to motivate high standards of work, with comprehensive people management expertise and a track record of ensuring constructive outcomes.
