Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to deliver recruitment-specific sales training to new starters, experienced hires, and consultants. You will also be involved in global projects, such as the rollout of our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and the redesign of core learning journeys at both a global and local level. Training delivery will primarily be virtual, with some in-person sessions in our hub offices in Manchester and Birmingham.The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a Learning & Development capacity, with a proven track record of delivering both virtual and face-to-face management, sales, and soft skills training. Experience in recruitment, content design, and project work is highly desirable. A Myers Briggs Practitioner qualification would be advantageous. We expect candidates to have a learner-centric approach to training delivery, with a commitment to excellence and accountability.
