You will work closely with the project team and senior leadership to deliver on the set up of a brand new, state of the art conference centre.Job DescriptionThis role will see you supporting on all change management activity relating to the opening of the new site, including strategic work force planning, restructuring, job evaluation, TUPE and policy management.
