They have a substantial presence in the UK and Globally and are known for their commitment to providing exceptional services to customersJob DescriptionAs the Employee Relations Partner, you will provide a dedicated, high quality, professional and expert service and take responsibility for the site employee relations processes and practices, providing expert consultation and guidance to managers, working to deliver and ensure appropriate responses to any related employment issues that arise, whilst also working to proactively support and maintain a positive employment climate. This role will lead on specific complex or sensitive cases, and formal processes for Director levels.Managing employee relations, including handling complaints and guiding disciplinary proceduresOverseeing the recruitment and selection processDeveloping and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategySupporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capitalNurturing a positive working environmentAssessing training needs and monitoring training programmesReporting to management and providing decision support through HR metricsEnsuring legal compliance throughout human resource managementEnsure any team member relations situations are closed with appropriate recommended action steps, and appropriate follow ups are actioned.Oversee and manage employment termination processes of managers and above, to ensure these are executed in the most professional, efficient manner.Provide mentoring and guidance to other Team Member Relations team members in market, to ensure consistency of Team Member Relations delivery.Consistently challenge existing TMR processes and initiate continuous improvement.Develop and maintain appropriate logs/trackers/systems, to ensure a full picture of team member relations activity - informal and formal processes, advice given, outcomes issued, inquiries, etc.Working with other People function COEs, ensure that any Team Member Relations related conversations held outside of Team Member Relations are also captured and recorded appropriately.Using appropriate data and reports, monitor Team Member Relations market/site climate and identify any patterns or trends in team member relations activity to propose solutions to address.Utilize a range of other data sources (OurVoice survey results, exit Interviews, team member social media postings, etc), to assess the site/market Team Member Relations climate, identify any opportunities for pro-active Team Member Relations intervention, and to make recommendations for making improvements.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Employee Relations Partner should have solid decision making skills (effectively gather and analyse facts, weigh risks and make decisions/recommendations that are right for the business, the people and culture.You will have:Strong communication and interpersonal skills including conflict management and negotiation skillsAbility to present and deliver training to team members.Excellent written communication skills.Highly organized, and able to prioritize and plan time accordingly, in a fast paced, high pressured environment.Strong self- and project management skills (time and priorities, resources)Good analytical skills and affinity to metricsHighly collaborative ad Results drivenGood business acumenCoaching, mediation and consulting skillsA degree in Human Resources or a related fieldProven experience in an HR role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industryStrong knowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practicesDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyWhat's on OfferA competitive salary up to £49,000 (depending on experience)Opportunity to work in a large organisation within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industryAn inclusive and friendly company cultureWe encourage all qualified candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity in Chiswick within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industryContactLayla GoldstoneQuote job refJN-012025-6654295Phone number+441618290384Job summaryJob functionHuman ResourcesSubsectorEmployee RelationsSectorRetailLocationKnowsleyContract typeTemporaryConsultant nameLayla GoldstoneConsultant phone+441618290384Job referenceJN-012025-6654295
