Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the document control system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate the flow of documents and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review and verify documents for completeness and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Organise and archive project documentation for easy retrieval as required.
  • Support project teams by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation as needed.
  • Monitor document revisions and ensure proper version control.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address document-related queries.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Document Controller should have:
