Job Description

  • Coordinate HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Perform job evaluations and job analyses.
  • Identify and implement training needs for departments and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Conduct and manage the recruitment process for new employees.
  • Implement and manage the annual performance review process.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Promote a positive company culture and work environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Fluent in Romanian is essential
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws.
