Job Description

The role of Repairs Manager in Tamworth will involve:

  • Overseeing all property repair and maintenance operations (planned and reactive).
  • Developing and implementing repair strategies and procedures.
  • Managing a team of repair specialists and schedulers effectively.
  • Ensuring that all repair work is in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinating with the contract manager effectively.
  • Monitoring team performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Assessing the cost-effectiveness of repair strategies.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with repair services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Repairs Manager should have:

  • A strong background in social housing (essential).
