Job Description

As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks
  • Organising and scheduling interviews
  • Processing employment documentation
  • Updating and maintaining employee records
  • Communicating with potential candidates about application processes
  • Assisting in the creation and posting of job ads
  • Coordinating onboarding for new employees
  • Screening candidate applications
  • Handling any recruitment related queries efficiently



The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience within Recruitment or HR
