Job Description

  • Lead and manage all cost-related aspects of the construction process.
  • Ensure that projects are completed within the agreed budget and time frame.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients and suppliers.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports on project progress.
  • Identify and manage potential risks to the successful completion of the project.
  • Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QS should have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience working within the property industry.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts and cost management processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • An ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
