Job Description

  • Oversee all roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage costs, contracts, and other project-related financials.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to execute plans and meet project targets.
  • Report project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor' should have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
  • Excellent numerical and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Clean Driving Licence required
