Job Description

  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Leading investigations into any quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of production.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on quality procedures and policies.
  • Regularly reviewing quality control processes and making improvements where necessary.
  • Preparing quality reports for senior management.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
